We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Messages you send to our AI may be stored to improve your experience and improve our models. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting YOUR_EMAIL.
We offer pre-paid digital message packs (₹100 for 15 messages, ₹300 for 50 messages, ₹999 for 300 messages). These are one-time purchases — there are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no auto-renewals. Payments are processed via Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment gateway.
Message packs are delivered to your account instantly upon successful payment. Messages are consumed in real-time as you chat with our AI. Unused messages remain in your account indefinitely and do not expire. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes where required.
By purchasing a pack, you expressly acknowledge that you are buying a digital product that is delivered instantly and consumed in real-time, and that the no-refund policy described in Section 7 applies.
Message packs are non-refundable once purchased, except in narrow cases of billing error or technical failure on our side. See our Refund Policy for the complete details on exceptions.
All content, code, and designs on fameflickai.com are owned by FAMEFLICKAI. You retain ownership of your own messages, but grant us a non-exclusive license to process them for providing the service.
Our services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee the AI's responses will be accurate, appropriate, or useful for your specific situation. AI can make mistakes, generate false information, or behave unexpectedly. Use your own judgment.
We are not liable for any emotional, financial, medical, or other decisions you make based on AI responses.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, FAMEFLICKAI's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific message pack(s) in question in the 30 days preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.
You may stop using our services at any time and delete your account from the app settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app banner. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delhi, India.

Our services are for users 18 and older only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor is using our service, contact hello@fameflickai.com and we will delete the account.
Our services are primarily intended for users in India. Data may be processed on servers outside India (Firebase, AI providers). By using the service, you consent to this transfer.

FAMEFLICKAI sells digital message packs for use with our AI conversational applications. Packs are pre-paid credits delivered instantly to your account upon successful payment. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
We offer free messages to every new user. This free trial exists specifically so you can evaluate the quality of our AI, see if the conversations feel right for you, and confirm the product works as you expect before spending any money.
We strongly encourage every user to fully use the free tier before purchasing any paid pack. If you are uncertain whether our service is right for you, please do not pay — keep using the free tier or discontinue use.
Because our message packs are digital credits that are consumed in real-time as you chat — and because AI computing costs are incurred on our side the moment you send each message — all sales of message packs are final and non-refundable once payment is successfully processed.

By clicking "Pay" at checkout, you explicitly acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product that is delivered and consumed instantly, and that you waive any right to refund except as specifically described in Section 4 below.
Refunds are available only in the following specific situations:
Outside these three situations, no refund will be granted under any circumstance.
Once purchased, your message credits remain valid indefinitely. You can return any time to finish using them. This is our commitment to you — there is no time pressure to use your packs.
There are no subscriptions to cancel. All purchases are one-time payments for fixed message quantities. You may stop using the service at any time without penalty. Unused messages remain in your account.
If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., attempting to generate illegal content, abuse of the AI, fraud), any remaining messages are forfeited without refund. This is clearly agreed to in our Terms of Service.
If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 4 above, email YOUR_EMAIL within 7 days of the disputed payment with:
We respond to all refund inquiries within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay within 5-7 business days and typically reflect in your account within 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
If you file a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us, your account will be permanently terminated and you may be blocked from future purchases. We want to resolve genuine issues directly — please reach out first.
We may update this policy. Existing customers are bound by the policy that was in effect at the time of their purchase. Changes apply only to purchases made after the update.
